Cookin is a marketplace that connects home cooks, chefs, bakers, and passionate food creators to hungry customers who want delicious home cooked meals.

You can cook as much or as little as you’d like. Using the Cookin platform is flexible; some cooks supplement their full-time or part-time jobs with a few days a week on Cookin, others use it as their main source of income. It’s entirely up to you!

We have a wide range of talented cooks on our platform. From startups to seasoned chefs. As long as you have a passion for cooking, you can succeed on the Cookin Marketplace.

To start cooking, you’ll need a valid food safety certification and an idea of the type of foods/cuisine you’d like to make. We’ll share next steps via email once you fill out the application above. Check out our food safety guidelines here.

You connect your bank account directly to our platform and get paid via direct deposit. You earn 70-80% of order earnings, depending on whether you are cooking from a personal kitchen or commercial Kitchen. You have total control over your menu creation. You set the prices and also determine how many of each dish you want to make available when your virtual restaurant is open.

The Cookin team can help guide you on packaging choices, and direct you to the appropriate resources for purchasing suitable packaging.

We’ll send a driver to your door to pick-up the meal and deliver it to the customer. All you have to do is focus on cooking the food!

Cooks on our platform must follow regional guidelines as it pertains to operating a home kitchen. If you’re unable to cook out of your home, we can help you secure on-demand commercial kitchen space to operate your food business.
